A: You would consider a syntax error when you try to compile your code into a runtime environment where the compiled code does not compile by default. I.e the compiler tells it that it is a compile-time error if it finds a term that starts with a newline. Also, Visual Studio does not have a version control feature installed on it so the compiler would not be able to compile a runtime environment. The reason for that is because most code has only become a compile-time error.
